REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. Property is sold as-is. Land buyer is responsible for performing due diligence on the property being purchased. Buyer also assumes all taxes, HOA fees and condition of the property.

Full refunds within the 30 days will be issued the way the property was purchased, and will be automatically applied to your credit minus any recording fees and other costs incurred to return the property to Austin’s Land.
