Do I need a real estate agent to buy land?
No you don’t. Since we own the properties we sell direct to you an agent isn’t necessary. On certain properties we may utilize an agent to sell the property, but it is at no additional expense to the buyer.
I found a property I want to buy, how do I buy it?
Select the property you would like to buy on our website.
- Follow the payment prompts. Credit cards or debit cards are accepted.
- Once we receive payment we will prepare a new deed and convey it to you.
- The deed is signed and notarized by us.
- We send you a scanned copy of the documents via email.
- The hard-copy of the deed is mailed to you with any other supporting documents. With the deed we send recording instructions for the specific county where the property is located.
The properties you sell seem cheap, is there a catch?
There is nothing wrong with our properties. We find land bargains and pass the savings on to the buyer.
Can I visit the property?
Absolutely, the property description contains the GPS coordinates where you can locate the property using your favorite map program. Some locations have rough roads and or limited access and are accessible by off-road vehicles or by foot.
Do you own the properties listed on your website?
Yes we do. All properties listed are owned and for sale by Austin’s Land LLC unless otherwise noted.
