I have worn many hats in my life such as electrician, nurseryman, machinist, pizza parlor manager/owner, soil engineering technician. I have been a real estate investor for over ten years. I live in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy kayaking, camping, and a good beer. I am fascinated by real estate and its many facets.
